Who is it for?
Anyone starting out, or in their first year, reselling second-hand and vintage clothing in the UK, who wants the whole path in one place: buying stock, grading, listing, pricing, shipping, money and the rules for traders.
I'm brand new. Is it too advanced?
No. The School starts at level 1 with the basics and builds from there, in order. Lesson 01 is free to read, so you can see how it's written before you pay.
Can't I find all this free online?
Some of it, yes, spread across videos, forums and help pages, and it's hard to tell what's current. The Pass puts it in one place, in the order you need it, and fees, thresholds and rules show their source and the date we checked them, or tell you where to check.
What isn't it?
It isn't a get-rich course, and we make no promises about what you'll earn. Nobody can honestly promise that: it depends on what you buy, how you list it and the time you put in. Buying stock is a risk. The hub teaches the method and gives you the tools to check your own numbers before you spend.
How up to date is it?
Fees and rules change. Fees, thresholds and rules in the hub show their source and the date we checked them, or tell you where to check, and every lesson shows when it was last checked. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we'll recheck it.
Does it renew automatically?
No. It's one payment for 12 months. There's no subscription, so there's no direct debit to stop, and we won't take another payment unless you choose to buy another Pass.
What happens when the 12 months end?
The Pass lessons and tools lock again and the free parts stay open. Nothing is charged. You can keep using the Starter Pack files you downloaded for your own reselling. If you want another 12 months, buy a new Pass. Your progress ticks stay on your device either way.
How do I get in after I buy?
Your Pass is linked to the email address you use at checkout. Log in to your account with that email and the full hub opens, on any device. Progress ticks and saved calculator results are kept on each device, not in your account.
Do I have to buy stock from you?
No. You can buy the Pass on its own for £19.99. The lessons are written for buying from any supplier, and nothing in the Pass depends on buying from us.
Why are there two prices?
We sell wholesale stock, so the Pass is £9.99 when it's in the same order as anything else from our shop, sale items included. On its own it's £19.99. Same Pass, same 12 months.
The basket applies it by itself, no code needed. Discount codes don't apply to the Pass itself, and the £9.99 price only applies to the order the Pass is in.
Is it tax or legal advice?
No. It's general information for UK resellers, with links to GOV.UK and the other official sources so you can check anything that matters to you. For your own tax position, ask an accountant or HMRC.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
No refunds if you change your mind once your access starts. In your basket you tick a box asking us to start your access straight away and confirming you understand this, and your order confirmation email repeats it.
If your access hasn't started yet, for example a new Pass waiting for your current one to end, you can cancel within 14 days, counting from the day after we email your order confirmation, for a full refund. To cancel, email sales@solentvintagewholesale.co.uk.
This doesn't affect your rights if the Pass is faulty or not as described. The Pass terms have the details.
Can I buy from outside the UK?
Not yet. The Pass is for UK buyers for now.
