Reseller Pass terms

What the Pass is, how long it lasts, when you can cancel, and your rights if something is wrong. Please save or print a copy.

Version dated 15 October 2026. These terms apply to every Reseller Pass bought on or after that date.

1. Who we are

1.1 We are Solent Vintage Limited, trading as Solent Vintage Wholesale, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17193014. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our trading address, where we run the business from, is M3 Trade Park, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YA.

1.2 You can contact us by email at sales@solentvintagewholesale.co.uk or through our contact page.

1.3 "We", "us" and "our" mean Solent Vintage Limited. "You" means the person who buys the Pass. In sections 2 and 7, "stock" means anything else you buy from our shop in the same order as the Pass, including items on sale.

2. What these terms cover

2.1 These terms apply to the Reseller Pass only. Our Terms of Service and Refund & Returns Policy cover wholesale stock and do not apply to the Pass, even if you buy the Pass in the same order as stock or while logged in to your account. If anything in them seems to say otherwise about the Pass, these terms apply.

2.2 If you buy the Pass in the same order as stock, you have two separate contracts with us: one for the stock and one for the Pass. Cancelling, returning or claiming for one doesn't change the other. If you later return or cancel the stock, we won't ask you to pay more for the Pass.

2.3 These terms are written for consumers and we treat everyone who buys a Pass as one. The Pass is sold to buyers in the UK only. If an order with a Pass is placed from outside the UK, we'll cancel the Pass and refund what you paid for it in full.

3. What the Pass is

3.1 The Pass gives you online access, for 12 months, to the paid parts of the Reseller Hub on our website: the lessons, platform playbooks, calculators and other tools, and the downloadable Starter Pack (printable sheets and a records file in CSV format), as described on the Reseller Pass page at the time you buy. Some parts of the hub, such as lesson 1 and the glossary, are free for everyone.

3.2 The description on the Reseller Pass page when you buy, and the other information we give you before you buy, form part of these terms.

3.3 To use the Pass you need a web browser, an internet connection and an account on our website with the email address on your order. There's no app, and the hub doesn't work offline (Starter Pack files you've downloaded do). Your progress ticks and saved calculator results are kept in the browser on each device, not in your account, so they don't move between devices and are lost if you clear your browser data.

4. Price, payment and ordering

4.1 The Pass costs £19.99. It costs £9.99 instead when the same order also includes at least one other item from our shop (the Pass itself doesn't count), including items on sale. The £9.99 price is applied automatically, with no code. Discount codes can't be used on the Pass itself. If the £9.99 price doesn't apply to your order, your checkout shows £19.99 before you pay.

4.2 The price shown at checkout, before you pay, is the price you pay. You pay once, at checkout. There are no other charges. No VAT is charged, we're not VAT registered.

4.3 Our contract with you starts when we email your order confirmation.

4.4 How you order: add the Pass to your basket, tick the box asking us to start your access (section 7.2), go to checkout, enter your details and check your order summary. Until you click the button to pay, you can correct any mistakes or remove the Pass, in your basket or by going back from checkout to your basket.

4.5 We keep a record of your order, which you can see in your account on our website, and we email you a confirmation. These terms and the contract are in English only.

5. How long the Pass lasts

5.1 Your Pass lasts 12 months from the day your access starts. When you're logged in, the Reseller Pass page shows the date your Pass ends.

5.2 The Pass doesn't renew. We won't take any further payment. When it ends, the Pass lessons and tools lock again and the free parts stay open.

5.3 If you want to carry on, you can buy a new Pass. If you buy a new Pass while your current one is still running, the new 12 months are added to the end of your current Pass, and the new Pass's access starts when your current one ends.

5.4 If your order has more than one Pass in it, we'll refund the extra Passes within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

6. Getting access

6.1 Your Pass is linked to the email address on your order. To use it, log in to your account on our website with that email address.

6.2 We switch your Pass on automatically once your payment has gone through, as long as your order shows that you asked us to start your access straight away (section 7.2). This normally happens shortly after payment. If you can't get in, email us and we'll sort it out.

6.3 One Pass is for one person. Section 11 says what happens if a login is shared.

7. Your right to cancel

7.1 When you buy digital content online you normally have 14 days to change your mind. That right ends once we start supplying the content, if you asked us to start within those 14 days and accepted that you would lose the right.

7.2 Before you go to checkout, your basket asks you to tick a box asking us to start your access as soon as your order is confirmed, and confirming you understand that you lose your right to cancel once your access starts. Our basket won't let you go to checkout with a Pass in it until you tick the box. We confirm your request and your acknowledgement in your order confirmation email.

7.3 Once your access starts, you can't cancel the Pass and there are no refunds if you change your mind (except as set out in section 7.8). This doesn't affect your rights if the Pass is faulty or not as described (section 8). Your access starts when we switch your Pass on for your account and it is ready for you to use.

7.4 If your access hasn't started yet, you can cancel within 14 days, counting from the day after we email your order confirmation, and we'll give you a full refund. For example, this applies if your order reached us without the ticked box (section 7.7), or to a new Pass that is waiting to start after your current one ends (section 5.3).

7.5 To cancel, email sales@solentvintagewholesale.co.uk with your name, your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you don't have to. Your message must be sent before the 14 days run out.

7.6 If you cancel in time, we'll refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us, to the payment method you used, with no fee. If the Pass was in an order with stock, we refund what you paid for the Pass.

7.7 If an order with a Pass reaches us without the ticked box (for example, bought through a link that skipped the basket), we won't switch the Pass on. We'll email you. If you reply asking us to start your access and confirming you understand you lose your right to cancel once it starts, we'll confirm by email and then switch it on. Until then, section 7.4 applies. If you haven't asked us to start, or cancelled, by the end of the 14 days, your right to cancel ends and we'll switch your Pass on the next day. Your 12 months run from that day.

7.8 We supply the Pass as digital content, so section 7.3 applies. If a court or regulator ever decided the Pass is a service, you could cancel within 14 days, counting from the day after we email your order confirmation, even after your access started, and you would pay for the days you had access. We'd refund the rest.

8. If something is wrong with the Pass

8.1 The law says the Pass must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms, including section 7.

8.2 If the Pass, or any part of it, is faulty or not as described, tell us and you can ask us to repair or replace it. If that isn't possible, or we don't do it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can be up to a full refund.

8.3 If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content you own, and that happened because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we'll repair the damage or pay you compensation.

8.4 This is a summary of your key legal rights. For more detail, contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk (opens in a new tab)) or, in Scotland, Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot (opens in a new tab)).

9. The Starter Pack and other downloads

9.1 While your Pass is active you can download the Starter Pack files. Section 11 says how you can use them.

10. Changes to the hub, and keeping it available

10.1 During your Pass we may correct, update or reorganise content, for example to reflect changes in the law, tax rules or platform fees and rules, to fix mistakes or to improve how the hub works. We may also move the same content to a new format, such as an app. These changes cost you nothing.

10.2 Changes won't take the Pass below what the Reseller Pass page described when you bought it. If one does, section 8 applies.

10.3 We don't promise to add new lessons, tools or features.

10.4 The hub may sometimes be unavailable, for maintenance or updates, or because of problems outside our control, such as an outage at our website platform or your internet provider. If that means the Pass isn't as described, section 8 applies.

11. Using the hub fairly

11.1 All content in the hub, including the text, lessons, playbooks, tools, calculators, sheets and designs, is protected by copyright and is owned by or licensed to Solent Vintage Limited.

11.2 While your Pass is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the hub for your own learning and your own reselling. You can keep using Starter Pack files you've downloaded, and sheets you've printed, for your own reselling after your Pass ends. We keep every right we don't give you in this section.

11.3 You must not:

  • share your login or let anyone else use your Pass;
  • copy, screenshot, record or scrape hub content, by hand or with automated tools (downloading the Starter Pack files for your own use is fine);
  • share, publish, sell or post hub content, or anything copied or adapted from it, anywhere else, including on social media, in groups, and in your own courses, coaching, mentoring or paid content;
  • use hub content to train an AI model or to build a competing product;
  • sell, give away or transfer your Pass; or
  • try to get around the way access to the hub is controlled.

11.4 If we reasonably believe you've shared your login, let someone else use your Pass, or shared, published or sold hub content, we can suspend or end your Pass straight away. We can do the same if you break section 11.3 in any other way and don't stop when we ask you to. We'll tell you by email, with the reason. If we end your Pass for any of these reasons, we'll refund the price for the unused part of your Pass, worked out by days, minus any reasonable costs your breach has caused us. We'll tell you how we worked it out.

11.5 Ending your Pass doesn't stop us taking other action to protect our copyright, for example asking a platform to take down copied content.

12. Information, not advice

12.1 The hub gives general information and tools for UK resellers. It isn't financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Calculators give estimates based on what you enter and on fees and rules as we last checked them. Check anything that matters to you with the official source, an accountant or HMRC.

12.2 We make no promise about what you'll earn. Results depend on what you buy, how you sell it and the time you put in. Buying stock is a risk.

13. Our responsibility to you

13.1 We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.

13.2 We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights described in section 8, including damage to your device.

13.3 Because the hub is general information (section 12), decisions you make about buying, pricing and selling stock are your own. We're not responsible for losses from those decisions unless they were caused by us breaking these terms or your legal rights, for example content that was not as described.

14. If we stop running the hub

14.1 If we decide to stop running the Reseller Hub before your Pass ends, we'll email you with reasonable notice and refund the price for the unused part of your Pass, worked out by days.

15. Complaints

15.1 If you're unhappy with the Pass or with us, email sales@solentvintagewholesale.co.uk with your order number and what went wrong. We'll look into it and reply by email.

15.2 If you're not happy with our answer, you can get free advice from the services named in section 8.4.

16. Your personal data

16.1 We use your personal data as described in our privacy policy. We keep your order record, including the box you ticked in your basket, as evidence of your request to start your access and of your acknowledgement.

17. Law and courts

17.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

17.2 You can bring legal proceedings about the Pass in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in the courts where you live. Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the consumer laws that apply where you live.

18. Changes to these terms

18.1 The version of these terms in force on the day you buy applies to your Pass for its whole 12 months.

18.2 We may update these terms for Passes bought in future. Each version shows the date it applies from. We'll only change the terms of a Pass you've already bought if the law requires it, and we'll tell you if we do.
