  3. Pulled & packed

    Your order is pulled fresh to order from UK-held stock, checked and packed plain.

  4. Tracked delivery

    Dispatched on tracked couriers, with extended dispatch times this week while we clear a massive run of orders, UK delivery typically 2–4 working days. Free UK delivery on orders of £250 or more, £9.95 under. Ireland, Europe and worldwide priced by weight at checkout, duties payable on arrival.

    International buyers: prices exclude import duties, VAT and customs fees, which are payable by you.

Grade B

Visible but honest wear — light marks, fading, bobbling.

Broken

Damaged stock sold for repair, customisation or upcycling — always described as such.

RW (Rework)

Pre-owned garments reworked by our supplier, washed and refreshed, in Grade A condition.
