SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER

United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isle of Wight.

Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

Anywhere else, including the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Malta and Cyprus, please email us for a quote before ordering.

UK DELIVERY COSTS

Orders of £250 or more: free.
Orders under £250: £9.95, tracked.

One delivery charge per order, whatever the number of boxes, shown at checkout before you pay. The order value used is the amount after any bundle discount has been applied.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS

International delivery is priced by weight and shown at checkout before you pay, from one carton up to four large cartons. Larger orders are quoted by email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Our prices do not include import duties, local VAT or customs clearance fees. Your country charges these when the goods arrive and the courier will ask you to pay them before delivery. As a guide, Ireland and the EU charge local VAT plus duty on used clothing, calculated on the value of the goods and the shipping. The USA charges duty on every order. Australia charges nothing on orders under AUD 1,000. Please budget for this before you order. We cannot refund delivery or duties if a parcel is refused at customs.

HOW YOUR ORDER TRAVELS

Every order is sent on a tracked service and you will receive tracking details by email once it has been dispatched. Boxes are packed plain with no supplier branding.

Larger orders may travel as more than one carton, or on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerbside, so please make sure someone is available to receive them. Bales are packed down into cartons for courier dispatch.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are pulled fresh from UK-held stock and dispatched typically within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend are dispatched on the next working days.

UK delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Pallet deliveries usually take 3 to 5 working days. Ireland usually 2 to 4 working days, Europe 3 to 7, USA and Canada 6 to 10, Australia and New Zealand 7 to 12. These are typical times, not guarantees, and busy periods or courier delays can add a day or two.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will refund, replace or credit. We accept claims up to 14 days from delivery. Please keep the packaging until any claim is resolved.

If a parcel is lost in transit we will chase the courier and either resend or refund once the courier confirms the loss.
