Solent Vintage Wholesale is a trading name of Solent Vintage Limited, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17193014.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed from Monday. Large or palletised orders are scheduled promptly and we will contact you with timings.
All orders are sent on tracked services and you will receive tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery — United Kingdom
UK delivery is by tracked courier. Delivery costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. Typical delivery time after dispatch is 1–3 working days, though courier timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery — International
We ship worldwide. International delivery costs are shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are set by the destination country and are payable by you. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and we cannot predict what they will be. Customs processing can also add to delivery time.
Order issues in transit
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual length of time, or your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us via our and we will chase the courier and put it right.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may need to charge the cost of re-sending it.
