Our prices do not include import duties or local VAT: your country charges these on arrival and they are payable by you, so please budget for them. Orders are pulled fresh from UK-held stock, packed plain and dispatched typically within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Free on orders of £250 or more. Under £250 it's a flat £9.95, tracked, whatever the size of the box. One delivery charge per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Larger orders may arrive as more than one carton or on a pallet.

Our bundles are priced to leave you margin, and estimated resale values are based on typical vintage resale pricing. Your results will depend on your platforms, audience and effort — we supply the stock, you bring the hustle.

Our graded vintage is genuine pre-owned clothing, and RW (rework) lines are described as supplied to us. Brand names describe the garments only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. If anything is materially not as described, our 48-hour no-quibble policy applies.

Grade A: excellent used condition with minimal visible wear. Grade B: visible but honest wear — light marks, fading, bobbling. Grade A/B: a genuine mix of both. Grade B/C: well-worn with noticeable wear throughout. Broken (for repair) items are damaged stock sold for repair or upcycling and always described as such. RW (rework): Grade A rework from our supplier, professionally washed, reworked and finished. Graded vintage items (A to C) are pre-owned, so age-related character is normal.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll refund, replace or credit — no quibbles. We accept claims up to 14 days from delivery, but the sooner you tell us, the faster we can fix it.
